Resting

Last night I went to bed around 11:30pm, and then woke up this morning at 7am. I slept really well and after working out, showered, and went to class.

We went over Tenses in class today. Sometimes I feel like I am learning English for the first time. It has been forever since I studied grammar. There are 12 basic tenses and 4 other tenses! After some practice I could work the problems easily.
We also went over the phonetic alphabet. That was rather fun. Everyone was making sounds in class like "oo," and "ch," and "mm." which made the classroom sounded like a barnyard.

Class was over at 12:30pm and everyone was ready to leave for the beach.2 people were going rock-climbing a couple hours away, and invited me, but I still haven't felt well all day. Tomorrow is the day I need to get my second dose of JE and Hep B, so I went to the Bangkok Phuket Hospital to make an appointment.
This hospital is 100X nicer, and cleaner than most hospitals I have been to in America. It looks like a hotel inside. All the staff were dressed in straight jackets, and were very modern looking. I have my own ID card, and saw a nurse within 10minutes for her to check my vital signs. I still wasn't feeling well at all. She took my blood pressure 3 times and said acting surprised "you are very healthy! Most people's blood-pressure is very high. Yours is very, very low. Maybe too low. You need some rest maybe?"

Yes, I felt like I needed rest. I don't think she understood I just wanted to make an appointment for tomorrow, and after I explained the best I could, she said I should come back tomorrow then. After that, it was around 4pm, and I hadn't eaten anything. I went to a nearby shop and ordered this vegetable egg omelet with rice. It was very good, but I was still hungry. My stomach seems to be upset from the spicy food, and the amount of meat that is inside every dish. So I went to the store and bought some yogurt and crackers, and chrysanthemum tea. I came back to the school an slept for 4 hours, and just got up. I feel better every time I eat yogurt and sleep, so guess what I am getting ready to do??? Go to bed.

There are so many things I wish I could be doing right now, but always have been the person to run until I am puking my guts out, then I force myself to rest. I personally don't want to get to the puking my guts out stage, so I'm forcing myself to rest now. The good thing is, I have been able to find yogurt at the store and I took a nap today. Sorry this post is so blah, but life is a combination of the valleys AND  mountain top experiences. I just wish I felt better.
